- For orders valued ₹599 or below, a shipping fee of ₹80 applies, or as shown at checkout.

- Standard delivery timelines are typically 2–3 business days after process.
- Stay Updated – Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS and email. Regular updates will follow, so we recommend keeping your contact number reachable to receive timely notifications.

RETURN FEES AND POLICY
Effective for all orders placed on Truemacy.in
7-day return window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be eligible.
Eligible for return
- Unopened, unused products
- Original sealed packaging
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item delivered
- Allergic reaction (with proof)
Not eligible for return
- Opened or used products
- Broken seals or tampered items
- Items without original packaging
- Products on final sale
- Requests after 7 days of delivery
Return fees
Returns due to a defect, damage, or wrong item are free — we will arrange a reverse pickup at no charge.
Returns due to change of mind are also free- but the conditions for product status/condition should be fulfiled. you can see the list of conditions under ‘Eligible for return’ column in this blogs page.
How to initiate a return?
- Email us at support@truemacy.in with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
- Attach clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will verify and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
- Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled or you may be asked to self-ship the item.
- Refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
Beauty and skincare products are personal-use items. For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or caused a verified adverse reaction.
