  • For orders valued ₹599 or below, a shipping fee of ₹80 applies, or as shown at checkout.

RETURN FEES AND POLICY

Effective for all orders placed on Truemacy.in

7-day return window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be eligible.

Eligible for return

  • Unopened, unused products
  • Original sealed packaging
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Allergic reaction (with proof)

Not eligible for return

  • Opened or used products
  • Broken seals or tampered items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products on final sale
  • Requests after 7 days of delivery

Return fees

Returns due to a defect, damage, or wrong item are free — we will arrange a reverse pickup at no charge.
Returns due to change of mind are also free- but the conditions for product status/condition should be fulfiled. you can see the list of conditions under ‘Eligible for return’ column in this blogs page.

How to initiate a return?

  1. Email us at support@truemacy.in with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will verify and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
  3. Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled or you may be asked to self-ship the item.
  4. Refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

Beauty and skincare products are personal-use items. For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or caused a verified adverse reaction.
